1. Shipping
1.a) We ship to most countries in the world via standard shipping for free, and expedited shipping is available for a fee of $24.90.
1.b) When you place your order, you will receive an approximate delivery time based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping methods you choose, shipping date estimates will appear on the order page.
1.c) Please note that the delivery dates stated on your order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Actual delivery dates may vary.
2. Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance
2.a) Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the globe every day and strive to offer services of the highest quality.
The time frame for order delivery consists of two parts:

2.b) Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 days before the tracking number is updated online.
2.c) All orders are insured against loss. In the unfortunate event your item is lost during transit, please contact us, so we may provide you with a full refund.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
3.1 Returns
We accept returns on most products within 14 days for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED, and must include ALL tags and/or stickers attached, along with the original sale receipts.
3.2 Exchanges
1.a) All exchange requests must be submitted to our office within 21 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
1.b) If your desired replacement item is no longer available, we will help you find another item or process a refund if it falls within our return policy.
1.c) Special offers are not refundable or exchangeable.
1.d) For size-related issues, we can only exchange for the same item once.
3.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure
1.a) If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of the items, ensuring they are unused and in their original condition within 30 days from the delivery date. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and insure the return shipment, as you are responsible for the condition of the goods until we receive them at our warehouse.
1.b) In case of a dispute, we also advise retaining proof of sending. Without this, we cannot process an exchange if we do not receive the returned items. Please contact us to provide you with a Return Address.
1.c) All returns must be received by our office within 30 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly; you are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item to us.
1.d) For returns, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
1.e) For exchanges, we will ship the desired product to you within 14 days of receiving the returned product, as per our shipping policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
4.a) We are committed to selling only high-quality products and conduct several quality checks before shipping.
4.b) If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a replacement product or full refund.
4.c) In the case of a refund, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
4.d) For replacements, we will send you a new replacement product within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective product, as per our shipping policy.
5. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, our obligations caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions of local or central government or other competent authorities.
